Can’t access your Zoho Mail? That’s a quite common problem with most Zoho users. Sometimes, the user enters the right login information but still, Zoho does not grant permission to access emails. We also faced Zoho Mail login problems until we did a minor tweak in email configuration settings. Here are those settings.
Incoming mail server configuration settings (IMAP)
Username – Your full Zoho email address i.e.,
username@zoho.com.
Password – Enter your correct email login password.
Server name – imap.zoho.com
Port number – 993.
Security type – SSL.
Authentication required – Yes.
Outgoing mail server configuration settings (SMTP)
Username – Your full Zoho email address i.e.,
username@zoho.com.
Password – Enter your correct email login password.
Server name – smtp.zoho.com
Port number – 465/587.
Security type – SSL/TLS.
Authentication required – Yes.
You must verify these email configurations at the email settings menu. Once you made the required changes, log in to your Zoho mail again, if unfortunately, you didn’t get access to your email, then use the following hacks.
Restart your router to eliminate the network-related glitches.
Ensure that the caps lock key is off while entering Zoho's email and password.
Update your Zoho email application and try to uninstall, reinstall to fix the problem.
Make sure that Zoho is set as an authorized application in your antivirus program. Sometimes, the firewall quarantines the mail application mistakenly considering it as a threat to your computer.
